Lissette Marrero has worked in the field of public health for over 20 years. She holds a BS  degree in Psychology from the City College of New York and an MSW from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College. She has worked for some of the top institutions in the nation including HHS.

To create smart strategic approaches to public health concerns in the United States and support local, state and federal efforts addressing those issues by partnering with community-based organizations, hospitals, clinics, departments of health, schools and members of the United Nations Economic and Social Council. 

Specializing in training, education, facilitation, coordination, technical assistance, capacity building, program development/management, staff supervision, organizational restructuring, strategic planning, and grant writing for programs targeted to HIV/AIDS, reproductive social justice, LGBTQIA+ communities, youth and viral hepatitis.
